The Nervous System Nurture Starter Kit was created out of my own healing journey — moving from chronic stress and survival patterns into a life rooted in safety and peace. Inside this 6-pillar mini-course, you’ll learn how your nervous system was beautifully designed by God to protect you, how trauma shaped its responses, and how you can gently rewire it through daily rhythms of safety, self-compassion, and truth.
