What Makes This Work Different
I’m not just a coach—I’m a woman who’s lived through PTSD, chronic illness, food fear, faith crisis, and the unraveling of identity. I found healing not by pushing harder, but by learning to listen to my nervous system, reconnect with God in my body, and attune to the little girl inside me who never felt safe.
Now I help other women do the same!

3 Step Coaching Process
Learn Your Survival States
Before we can heal, we must understand how our nervous system responds to stress. Are you in fight, flight, freeze, or fawn? Recognizing your patterns helps you see that your reactions aren’t “who you are” but rather how your body has learned to protect you.

Work With Your Sensations
Your body holds the story of your experiences, and sensations are its way of communicating. Instead of avoiding discomfort, we learn to befriend it and create safety. By gently tuning in, we help the nervous system feel safe enough to process stored trauma and chronic symptoms.

Move Into Regulation
Regulation doesn’t mean feeling “calm” all the time—it means having the capacity to experience emotions without getting stuck in survival mode. We teach the nervous system that safety is possible and that it can return to balance.

Free Initial Consult
During this meeting, we’ll gently explore your story, current challenges, and healing intentions. This time is less about fixing and more about feeling into whether our nervous systems feel safe and supported in connection. Together, we’ll sense into whether this is a good fit for your healing journey.
One-Hour Consult
This one-time, hour-long consultation is a gentle space to experience how I work—through a lens of nervous system safety, somatic attunement, and secure connection. During our time together, we’ll have a compassionate conversation about what you’re navigating and explore body-based tools to support regulation, healing, and rewiring from the inside out.
Coaching Packages
A series of sessions with me offers a co-regulated and gently structured space for deeper healing and transformation. Together, we’ll attune to your lived experience, create supportive daily rhythms, and move through challenges at the pace your nervous system can safely hold—allowing true and lasting change to unfold over time.
