3 Step Coaching Process
Identify and Teach
After sitting down getting to know you and your personal story, we will work together to incorporate a brain retraining program, somatic practice and/or any additional practice into your daily life.
Empower and Heal
As with any goal you want to achieve, being motivated to move forward is key in your recovery process. We will discover together ways to keep you focused on trauma recovery.
Sustain and Freedom
Having someone solid by your side can be the biggest part of walking into your new life after trauma, stress and illness. There are moments when you need someone to share and celebrate your new life of freedom with you!
We would be a good fit for coaching if:
1. You want to know how symptoms can be
caused by a brain and body stuck in trauma.

3. You are willing to find limiting beliefs and
emotions.

your brain and regulate your body.

Free Initial Consult
During this meeting, we come together to discuss your story, challenges, goals and aspirations. The primary purpose is to see if we are a good fit, establish a connection, build trust, and determine if we are a good fit.
One-Hour Consult
This on time hour-long consultation is a valuable opportunity for you to experience my style and expertise. During this meeting, we can engage in a meaningful conversation about your challenges and how to use tools to rewire your brain and regulate your body.
Coaching Packages
A series of meetings with me is a structured and collaborative approach to personal growth and transformation. These meetings allow us to dive deeper into your life, establish a daily program, and work through challenges over a time.
