In this call, we’ll explore your story and uncover how somatic practices and secure self-attachment can support your nervous system and guide you toward lasting wellness. Together, we’ll begin crafting a personalized path toward regulation, safety, and embodied freedom. Let’s get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit for this work.
Cancellation Policy
For all our sessions we will be meeting over Zoom, a video communication platform. After setting up our initial consultation, you will receive a scheduled link to your email. Please select the correct time zone you're scheduling in each time you set up a scheduled appointment. If you decided you would like to work together after the initial consultation, all paid session have up to 48 hours to cancel and reschedule. If you cancel with less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment or do not show up, you will not be refunded. This rule is set in place to honor my time and yours as well. I'm looking forward to meeting you!
